At Sassy Lingerie we aim to ensure that the lingerie you purchase is exactly what you want, which is why we are pleased to offer the following return and exchange policy.
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of goods. Email notification must be sent within 7 days of receipt of goods to tracey@sassy-lingerie.com.au for a return/exchange to be accepted. Do not send back the product until we have responded authorizing the exchange/refund.
- Once the product has been received by Sassy Lingerie, we can exchange the product for a different size where possible, or alternatively provide store credit. A refund will not be provided unless the goods are faulty and a refund is requested. No refund will be provided for the gift wrapping service.
- Products sold on sale cannot be refunded, however they can be exchanged for a different size if in stock or a store credit.
- Clothing must have tags attached and must be in a saleable condition for a return to be accepted. The clothing must not have been worn except to try it on.
- Shoes must not show any signs of wear.
- Kama Sutra products must not have been opened.
- Customers are responsible for insuring goods that they return and paying the postage for the return and the replacement item (unless the products are faulty, or the wrong product has been sent, in which case we will pay for the re-delivery of the products).
- We cannot accept returns of thongs (or g-strings), briefs and shorts etc due to hygiene reasons so please choose sizes carefully. (or, Please ensure that briefs/thongs/shorts etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.)
- Hosiery cannot be returned or exchanged if the package has been opened.
